Contraception Counseling & Management
Personalized review of options, initiation or continuation of methods, and coordination for procedures when needed.
Medical Therapies & Device Coordination
Prescription options and coordination for CPAP, oral appliances, or medication when indicated, plus follow‑up to optimize response. 
Cognitive & Behavioral Support (CBT‑I & Coaching)
Evidence‑based behavioral therapy for insomnia and practical coaching to change habits that interfere with restorative sleep.
Specialist Coordination & Ongoing Monitoring
Seamless referrals and shared care with local sleep labs, pulmonologists, or ENT specialists as needed, plus scheduled follow‑ups through our app.
