Who We Are

A different type of medical care.

We specialize in people.

We believe in relationship-based care to promote longevity and chronic disease reversal.

Our care is built around longer visits, clear plans, and fast access when you need us.

Our Story

We started Medley Health in 2025 after years of watching good patients get shuffled through rushed visits and fragmented care. Our clinicians wanted something different: time to listen, time to investigate root causes, and a membership model that keeps care focused on you — not billing targets.

One key moment that shaped us was a patient sent home with a checklist when what they needed was a plan. That patient’s slow decline and frustration pushed us to build a practice where continuity, proactive screening, and real follow-up are the rule, not the exception.

Today that work translates into clearer care plans, deeper relationships with your provider, same or next-day appointment options, and care pathways that actually move markers like weight, blood sugar, blood pressure, sleep, and hormones in the right direction.

What We Believe

We follow a few simple principles that guide every visit
Patients deserve real time with their clinician. When we have longer visits we see patterns, catch early risk, and build plans you can actually follow. That means fewer surprises and more measurable progress.
Medicine should look for root causes, not just patch symptoms. We use evidence-informed testing and stepwise treatment so your care is precise, defensible, and adjusted as you improve.
Prevention and optimization matter at every age. Small, consistent changes now protect future function and clarity — and we design care that fits your life, not the clinic’s schedule.

Meet the Team

We’re a small, multidisciplinary team focused on clear communication and practical solutions. Our clinicians bring years of primary care and chronic disease experience along with training in longevity and metabolic management. Our care coordinators handle scheduling, app setup, and follow-up so you always know the next step.

Dr. Patrick Stevens

DO, FAAFP, Dipl. ABOM

A board-certified Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician with over a decade of clinical experience in primary care, metabolic health, and chronic disease management. He completed his medical training at Campbell University Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine and has held leadership roles including Chief Resident during his residency in Family Medicine at Corewell Health Lakeland, Chief of Family Practice and Medical Director of Urgent Care at Hugh Chatham Health in North Carolina.

Dr. Stevens founded Medley Health out of a conviction that primary care was broken — not because of the physicians practicing it, but because of the system they were practicing inside. Medley Health is his answer: a fully virtual, membership-based Direct Primary Care practice built around longevity, metabolic health, hormone optimization, and the kind of comprehensive lab work that most patients never receive in standard care.

He is licensed in 17 states and brings board-certified expertise in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine to every patient relationship. His clinical focus spans cardiovascular risk optimization, metabolic and hormonal health, weight management including GLP-1 therapies, brain health and dementia prevention, and proactive longevity medicine.
